ACCODET provides a dependable, low cost Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) solution for securing desktop, remote user and portal access.

ACCODET allows organisations to secure the integrity of their network environment and authenticate the identity of any user, including staff, suppliers and customers, without the requirement for any additional hardware.

Using a secure application, the service enables mobile handsets, PCs, laptops or tablets to generate a One-Time Passcode, (OTP) thereby removing the expense associated with the deployment of hardware token or fob based solutions. It authenticates users of VPN's (virtual private networks), hosted applications, managed services or Identity Management suites, using secure algorithms to secure data sent over existing data networks.

By leveraging existing hardware investments, ACCODET is more convenient to use, cheaper to implement and easier to manage than competing technologies. It is also provided in an OEM version enabling service providers to integrate the service fully into their own product ranges.
