Technical Support Engineer
We are currently recruiting for 1st line engineers to join our expanding technical assistance centre.
Key responsibilities
• Logging technical support calls
• Trouble shooting
• Supporting team members
• Escalating calls
• Attending training courses
• Maintaining and growing knowledge of technologies
Applicants must have excellent TCP/IP networking skills with knowledge of Unix, Windows, firewalls, content scanners and IDS being an advantage. Applicants must also possess excellent problem solving capabilities, have an excellent telephone manner, good communication and presentation skills, be able to work in a team and work well under pressure.
