Swivel is a highly flexible and scalable authentication platform incorporating a range of user deployment options that can be configured in line with the network environment. Based on the same patented OTC extraction protocol Swivel leverages existing mobile phone and Web infrastructure investments to offer full out of band, two-factor authentication through to strong, single-channel enhancements to the standard username and password systems, without the need for user tokens.
Swivel combats common threats ranging from skimming, phishing and spyware, to shoulder surfing, key logging, and social engineering. Its unique combination of registered PINs and randomly generated security strings delivered simply to the user makes it the safest, easiest, most reliable and cost-effective authentication solution available.
With flexibility built into its architecture for easy implementation, Swivel is designed to accommodate the unique requirements of each individual organisation.
- Users can be added and removed by managing the existing user repository or repositories (e.g. Active Directory). Provisioning becomes part of the existing account creation process.
