About Technical Support Contracts
Support contracts from IP FIX IT comprise of 3 different service aspects, giving flexibility to have as much or as little technical assistance as needed. And regardless of whichever SLA is chosen, the service is always delivered by fully trained vendor accredited technicians. With every contract, the product is automatically registered with the vendor; providing software releases and updates. IP FIX IT contracts give the option to receive email alerts displaying updates that have been made against logged calls. And with the tracking system access to view the status of calls is available any time of the day or night.
Technical Support
An IP FIX IT contract includes unlimited access to the single point of contact TAC on a 24x7x365 basis. Experienced engineers will provide technical support and advice, diagnose faults, provide solutions and where applicable provide temporary fixes until the fault can be completely rectified.
Software Maintenance
All contracts includes access to vendor Software Releases. As part of the service, as soon as the update is available for download, an email notification is automatically sent.
Hardware Replacement
The level of hardware replacement required can be suited to individual business needs, from none at all to 4 hour technician on-site.

About Network Health Checks
Aimed at reducing network downtime and exposure to threats, attacks and poor performance, the IP FIX IT Network Health Check Service provides regular reviews of network activity.
After an initial network audit and documenting a summary of the network, IP FIX IT will carry out monthly performance checks & diagnostics and configuration checks & settings on various elements of the network. Health checks are reported monthly in both graphical and text based document showing the performance, faults and vulnerabilities.
About Consultancy
Consultancy from IP FIX IT aims to design solutions which fit within set budgets. A technician will conduct a site survey and prepare a document of the suggested solution based on a combination of both survey findings and requirements supplied. The advised solution will incorporate both current and future business objectives. In addition, advice can be offered on improvements in other areas including performance, applications and security.
About Project Management
The IP FIX IT project management service covers all aspects from the initial consultation through to installation.
Projects are managed through a single point of contact, providing site surveys, statement of works, project plans, a range of suitable solutions and continual updates and reviews. Projects will be documented thoroughly from the outset.
About Installation and Configuration
This service provides technical resource to complete installation and configuration of the chosen solutions. Capable of completing basic installation and implementing solutions into high performance, business critical networks, all installations can include a series of pre-configuration and soak testing prior to the final site install. Installations are fully documented and give full understanding of work completed. Installations come complete with a 30 day warranty period ensuring that any integration issues are addressed. The warranty gives access to the IP FIX IT “FIX-TAC” support offering during this period.
