VOIPCortex Certified Technician

Format: 1 day; intensive, hands on.
Must possess a good understanding of TCP/IP LAN protocols including previous training or implementation experience with DNS and DHCP services. They must also have a good implementation knowledge of Ethernet layer 2 networks. These should be evidenced by either existing core involvement in network deployment or previous applicable training (e.g. CompTIA Network+, CCNA or equivalent).
