Cohort Technology leads with a dedicated and educated telemarketing team, who’s one function is to market specific products and services to both the reseller and end-user communities. Using current and detailed data, leads can be generated and appointments can be made. In addition the service offers an account profile function – highlighting contacts in any business at specific levels.
Lead Management
Comprehensive management of leads is essential to ensure any marketing spend is worthwhile. Cohort Technology will manage all stages of the lead process from initial generation through to qualification, allocation and monitoring. In conjunction with other marketing functions the service provides a detailed feedback on marketing spend and results achieved.

Managing the shipping, stock management and RMA process associated with loan and demonstration product. This service compliments, and can be used in conjunction with, the lead management service, when try and buy is required. E-Shot Marketing
Regular e-shots sent to an opted in database of key decision makers in both the reseller and end-user community. Using the latest ‘Click-Through’ system allows the exact monitoring and management of interested parties and follow up accordingly.
